"I rented a room for a month. The room I rented the toilet was broken. I came in from work with two hand full of groceries and was told I had to get all of my belongings out of the current room but they would not give me a key to another room until I was completely out of the current room.so I had to place all my belongings in the hall and wait . After 15-20 minutes later I made a call and was asked to leave my belongings and come get a key for the new room. After getting in the new room I noticed the door would not lock unless I pulled strait up on it while it was closed. The "stove" is unlevel you have to move it around to actually be able to cook on it . I rented the room on a craigslist deal. Which made the room $200 cheaper. That is a one time offer. I was planning on staying another month. For my troubles in their hotel I requested the next month at the same price they refused. More to this review they moved me to a room that had a missing window lock and when it came time to check out they took my $100 deposit for the window lock being removed this is a very shady hotel watch what they try to pull. And if something is broken in the room and you don't report it to them they will charge you for it just look back at my broken door that they would not fix while I was in the room and refused to give me another room cause that's two rooms they had to move me to and they were not doing it again. I wouldnt ever recommend anyone to rent there. If your a recovering addict like me DON'T GO THERE please pay the extra money to get a clean room your sobriety is worth it."

"I lived there years ago..I had a very close friend need a place to stay for a bit. I brought him to wood springs. It's better than use to be. Angela, Carissa, Sarah, kelly and Shannon on the night shift were amazing. Made him feel welcome and at home. Very patient and helpful. I will recommend them. You want pool or exercise room go pay higher prices. It's comfortable and basic. Why pay for something do not use."

"Former employee and guest here and just want to speak on the appalling character of the manager, Sarah B. Not only does she treat their customers poorly and seemingly shows blatant racial biased in her operation of the hotel, such as stacking fees and additional charges on guests of color, but also bends rules for some guests she favors but enforces them with others, and stealing property. She terminated me over text message while I was in the hospital dealing with an adolescent mental health crisis after determining my position wasn’t required, then proceeds to accuse me of abandoning my job and tells me I cannot have my $1,200 in tools back, that I purchased with my hard earned money, and brought in to help with building maintenance and repairs and save the company some money. This is not the first case of her poor treatment of her staff either, but that’s not my laundry to air out. If I could give negative stars I would. For the love of god, save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this place at all costs."

"The staff is AMAZING! I loved staying here with my service dogs. Everyone is so friendly and caring. If there's any issues, the staff take care of it IMMEDIATELY and are very kind and apologetic above any inconvenience. They welcome constructive criticism and are appreciative of the feedback."

"Sarah the manager is very racist. She breaks her own rules within the room having animals and excessive people in her room. Everytime she encounters a black person it’s an issue and she’s very rude and unprofessional. She treated the white guest in front of me well but when I approached her demeanor changed and quickly went to contacting the police over nothing. I’ve spoke with a few staff and she treats the black staff like they are less than and are beneath her. I’ve witnessed w this with my own eyes. I’ve come in contact with the staff named “Angela” who quickly she identified herself as Sarah’s best friend doing drugs with the residents at this hotel in the bushes. (Not marijuana or alcohol) when she seen that I witnessed her doing hard drugs while on the clock she tried to get me removed from the hotel. I seen with my own eyes Angela doing hard drugs and coming out representing herself as “high” the upper management is continuing to try to cover for Sarah when she’s having and leaving extra work for the black employees. ANYBODY OF COLOR.. this is not the establishment for you and this hotel should be shut down. It goes further than Sarah and the people above her is allowing her to get away with the things she continues to do like we are less than because we are of color. She expects us of color to act illogical and if we do not she still lies and calls the police and says she is threatened. I have video that she was not. Sarah is a power hungry woman in the wrong position and if this company accepts that I highly recommend anybody of any other race than white, to not come here. I will not stop and call corporate 100 times if needed to get this under correct management and upper management as well. This is disgusting and she is a disgusting person to have run a business when she doesn’t favor all races. They are all doing drugs but it’s okay because it’s her friend doing them. She will find any reason to kick you out and keep your money. Save your money and go somewhere welcoming. This will not be the last, no where near what you guys will hear from me. I have enough proof and leverage to take this to the press and I plan to do so. You will see me over and over again. I promise this company that."
