"Disgusting, smells like weed, not a 24/7 office. Hope you like cockroaches, all over the room. Had one crawl across my food when I was eating at the table on my room."

"The room wasn’t updated but was still okay. Love the staff, they were like family. The roaches is what made me go, you could see them crawling on the walls in the hallways. Several times I killed then as they randomly walked in my room from under the door"

"I came from the hospital after 2 weeks in the ICU to Intown Suites. It became home for me for 6 months. Everyone was beyond caring, helpful and genuinely loving during a very stressful and difficult time in my life. The week of my moving out was just as amazing other than being sad that I was leaving. "This place is disgusting. It has a major roach problem. We had to buy our own roach traps and the roaches were still everywhere. When we told the woman manager she went ballistic. Literally yelling that they spray weekly. They have a maintenance man who at 9pm on our second day just unlocked our door and walked in. My husband asked him what he was doing and all he said was oops wrong room. Very shady!!! We watched the woman manager belittling and yelling at an elderly man in the laundry room. Where we are from that is considered elderly abuse. We talked to the man afterwards. He had been there for a few weeks ( a PAID GUEST) and being treated like a second class citizen. No excuse in her behavior. Everyone she yelled at never said anything rude or out of line to her. She needs a different career choice. We did not stay our full week, we checked out on the third day. We found a better motel just up the street from this one. The gentleman who was behind the desk when we checked out was the best. He apologized for the rude behavior of the female manager. ( we stay at InTown suites in other states and never had this experience before. Never again if the company allows this kind of behavior from their employees and elderly abuse). DO BETTER INTOWN SUITES!!! The excuse the gentleman at the desk gave for the female managers bad behavior was they had a manager at another location killed and they were working both locations. Still no excuse in yelling at paid guest. You pay over $400 for a week, you expect better. I do have a receipt to verify we stayed here. Also they refused to refund the 4 days we didn't stay because "it was our choice to leave""

"The room I had was upgraded. The bed was not beat up and was firm. Everything looked and worked really good. I have no complaints. The water was nice and hot every time I needed it. The employees were nice whenever I came in contact with them. Keep up the great work!"
