"Abbey with Cedar Trace/Slate Hill Dr is so wonderful, kind, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional!!!! I knew when I first met Abbey and saw my new home at Slate Hill Dr. before renting it that I would be living there!!!! I was approved and Abbey contacted me the same day!!!! Abbey was awesome and provided me a new house key promptly after I moved in. Key didn't work in the lock. The renovations by Champion Management company LLC are amazing and beautiful I love all of them!!!! My new home feels very warm, cozy and comfortable!!!!I've lived here in Columbus, Ohio for 39 years and Slate Hill Dr is very amazing, beautiful, quiet and peaceful!!!! The neighbors are very nice too. I was welcomed by a really nice neighbor (Cindy) while I was moving in!!!! Abbey, Zayahna and Nick are all friendly, fun, caring, kind, helpful and professional too!!!! I met Zayahna in 2023 helping a friend find a place here. Zayahna is awesome too!!!! and why I came back to Cedar Trace looking for a place to live for myself!!!! We remembered each other after moved in. I'm looking forward to staying here awhile. "Was pleasant when I moved in 2019. It only got worse over the years. Plus got silently charged with 1000+ dollars of move out charges at the end of our lease. If you want a decent apartment, I cannot recommend this place."

"The worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. One star is too much. The apartments are poorly maintained and there are critters that live in the roof. In addition when we moved out we requested multiple times a list of what we should do and none was given and received a ton of charges for basic cleaning. We were also double charged for everything to total 800 dollars and it took over a month for them to actually double check and fix all the charges. We requested a call back form a manager over a month ago and never received it. Horrible company - horrible management - go anywhere else not owned by Monarch Investments."

"Beware of this community guys…they are big fraud and liars. I stayed here for 5yrs and had to suddenly move out because of visa issues. We did break the lease , paid the notice period amount and miscellaneous charges amounting $4,500. We did house inspection before leaving US and Kendra the manager inspected the unit told that she sees knife marks on kitchen shelf which i denied doing because their kitchen shelves are so dirty that no one would dare to put food and use knife there. Honestly we did not put those marks. After repeated following with them I did not get any updates from 3months for the full and final settlement and one fine day I get call from collections that I owe $480 to them. The collection team told that they have charged me for wall painting and entire kitchen shelves. This was utter nonsense charging for those as nothing was pointed out for walls during the inspection. They also didn’t return my security deposit. Their units are cheap and dirty when you leave their greedinesses doesn’t end and they will charge for those things too for which you haven’t done. I would recommend pls refrain using this community."

"Very pleasant, calm, close to nature neighborhood with multiple good schools & parks nearby. People staying here are mix of Americans and South Asians. You can find multiple grocery shops, Indian food, restaurant, drug stores, urgent care, pizza stores, laundry, gas stations, hospitals etc. within 5-10 min of walking distance only. Leasing office staff are very friendly, cooperative and helpful in case of any issues. Maintenance is also generally prompt enough."
