"Was a renter there for 4 yrs, the location is nice, the maintenance team is great! The problems you will have with the apartments...parking is absolutely horrible, the front desk will do little to nothing to resolve problems (I had neighbors with barking dogs made several written complaints and talk to management nothing which was the main reason for leaving) and KISS YOUR DEPOSIT GOODBYE! After a walk threw with management and was told the walls needed to be painted and the carpet needed to be cleaned, after 4yrs that's a fair statement however, they keep my entire deposit and sent a bill for a additional 351.00! After speak with other renters this is what they do scamm you for money and never give back your money..."
"We lived here for 2 years. For the most part our stay here was pleasant. The office and maintenance responded very quickly and everyone was friendly. The location was also perfect for us and it was great having a park next door since we have a dog. The pool area is also nice, everyone was always pleasant and respectful while using the pool. The price isn’t bad compared to other apartments in the area. It is well maintained, they have people taking care of the landscaping almost daily. The parking definitely leaves something to be desired. Our main issues are similar to others, they gouge you when moving out. We originally started in a one bedroom apartment and we deep cleaned the entire place including cleaning the carpet with a carpet cleaner yet we only received $17 back. We are currently moving out of a 2 bedroom as we bought a house, we do not have any hopes of our deposit being returned based on our last experience. Even more important is we had several issues with our vehicles while living here along with several other tenants. My husband’s car got broken into then about a month later it got stolen. The day after his car was stolen my car was egged (probably just some kids who don’t realize that will damage the car’s paint but still) each incident was reported. The office was sympathetic but ultimately did not do anything. They didn’t add any sort of security cameras or have anyone to watch the area at night even though a lot of cars had been broken"
"Market value one and two bedroom, one bath. 700-800 square feet approximated. Great service and office staff. Very, very safe complex. Average response time for almost anytime: Ambulance (non-emergency) 4-5 minutes max. Police (non-emergency) 3-4 minutes max. Fire (non-emergency) 2-3 minutes. Frequently, more than one service will arrive, even (non-emergency). For example, I needed to go to the ER, The ambulance was here in less than five minutes, and a patrol car arrived at the same time in case the request was understated. About fifty different ways to get to Busch Stadium. Pet friendly."
"I've been a resident for over two years, and I can honestly say that this is the best apartment I've ever rented. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, and the amenities are super convenient. The pool is always clean, gym is 24/7, and the park next door is a lovely bonus. The overall atmosphere of the complex is peaceful and quiet. The Westport Station management team is amazing. Jenna has been exceptional, and I mean it when I say she's one of the most pleasant and helpful people I've ever met. She really does care about her job, and it shows in the way she interacts with residents. I also appreciate how responsive and friendly Tim and the maintenance team have been. They are always efficient in addressing any repair requests. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. "We lived here for about a year & a half. I really liked management specifically Jenna & Jordan. I also liked how fast maintenance was if there was ever an issue. I do wish they had 2 bathroom units instead of just 1, & parking was limited so I recommend spending the extra money and purchasing a parking spot ESPECIALLY if you work until 10:00 at night like me, that way you don’t have to park far away from your building late at night. I never had any issues here, it was very quiet and a laid back environment."
