"The first room had mold around the bed. The room moved to had dog poop on the floor. How could the bed be made and floor swept without seeing dog poop??? 3rd room also had mold. Obviously moved to another motel. Breakfast was nasty super super prefab. Location was irrelevant due to mold and dog poop."

"Although staff was nice, that is not all you need with a “perfect”stay. Once I walk in the smell of what you would imagine an antique store to smell like blasted in my face. I walk into my room to be horrified. I see terrible color choices. Bright green walls on one half, dark blue on the other, curtains that look like they transported from the 1980’s, and marble walls in the bathroom. This hotel was NOT clean. There was what looked like blood on the walls, some brown stuff as if it were coffee dripping off the walls, and grime all over every corner. The base boards on the bottom of the walls was peeling off to reveal how cheap is was and how dirty this room was. Although the breakfeast had many options there was also a Waffle House across the street and probably would have been better. Also all of the TV station were in other languages I could not understand, and the remote was hard to use and very cheap. If you are staying for a while I recommend being on the first floor because the elevator was BROKEN I have seen other reviews saying that this elevator has been broken for a while now. Although it wasn’t a long walk up the stairs it would’ve been nice to not go looking for quicker ways to get down stairs faster."

"The rooms were nice enough, despite a little dust or dirt in the corners. The beds were comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep. The customer service, though, is a joke. If you call with a question, they say they'll get back to you but never do. The manager is almost never available and even when he is able to speak over the phone, he's utterly useless because he doesn't know what happens in his own hotel. I stayed there one night with my cousins and my dad. We were on the road and exhausted by the time we checked in. The next morning, we were already on the road heading to the next state when I realized we left behind our laundry bag. I called from the car and the only answer I got back was the cleaning crew hasn't checked the room yet. I called every day for the remainder of our road trip and received the same answer. When they finally checked the room a week later, they said they could send us our clothes but would need an authorization form sent to them. We did that and heard nothing back. I called again with no luck. I complained to corporate and they basically said "We have it on record now, but it's basically up to that location to resolve this issue." I continued to call the hotel and referenced the claim number. Long story short, we never got our clothes back. Save your money if you value customer service from individuals who actually care (or at least pretend to) and go to another hotel."

"Stayed here for the Water Lantern Festival and had a good experience. Was close enough to Creve Couer and dining/shopping options if needed. Took our dog with us with no problems. The hotel was very crowded because of sports teams staying, but it was quiet near our room on the top floor at the end of the hall. We’ll be staying there again when we have to go up for an appointment in a few months, since we already know it was a nice hotel with clean rooms."

"I've stayed here 3 (partial) weeks in a row... different floors each time. Good: Rooms have been clean each stay... TV pretty good... AC sufficient. Bad: One room took 5 minutes to get hot water each time... room on ground floor had no latch/lock on window (anyone could open window and climb in, day or night)... breakfasts were poor, overall ("scrambled" eggs were tasteless and sitting in water... no yogurt or fresh fruit most days... etc.)... some staff were pleasant, but some (especially at breakfasts) were rude to guests (on multiple occasions)... some ice machines didn't work... had a barking dog in room next door... keys didn't work on outside doors or on room locks (occasionally).... Didn't use the pool or exercise room, but saw some folks doing so. I have stayed at this property a few times over the past 3-4 years and it's taken a turn for the worse in the last year or two."
