"Not secure at all!! Good location but thankful for my GPS when arriving at midnight because there is no sign at all in front of the building and the hotel name on the wall next to the door is not visible from the road. Terrible lighting in the parking lot. I was thankful that I had a digital card because parking was only out back and so I thought I would enter the lobby back door using my digital card. No need!! Door was unlocked and open and ZERO staff anywhere to be seen. I made all kinds of noise walking through to the elevators but no one came out. Elevators are not key access, of course, so anyone could have entered the property at any time and accessed the rooms. When I left the next morning, ALSO no one anywhere to be seen. Rooms and hallways dated and very worn but clean. The whole place desperately needs an update."

"Awesome experience from beginning to end. Front desk staff, Barbara, was very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Property was clean. Rooms were nice and spacious. One of the only places that actually make sure you have connecting rooms!"

"Very nice clean hotel with excellent attentive staff. Rooms were big,clean and comfortable. Pool was also very nice and clean. My family had a wonderful time. Breakfast was the only area I would improve but it’s a hot breakfast included with stay so can’t say too much."

"I can’t recommend this hotel. Rooms are run down and really need to be renovated. This hotel is a solid 2 star or less. We went through two rooms and neither shower door closed properly. The one bathroom door wouldn’t close at all and in general it just seems dirty and old. Manager on duty seemed surprised when I asked for compensation for our poor experience. The room layouts are nice and the suite style is good, hotel just needs a renovation."

"Good stuff- staff was always great!! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and prompt with regard to any requests we had. The hotel felt cozy and modern and the amenities were nice (continental breakfast, large exercise room, heated pool). Items that could use some work: we originally started in a room with a kitchenette- the floors were dirty and toilet was broken come to find out the staff said that room should not have been available to book online as it was closed for servicing. Unfortunately, when we moved to the next room, it was still not entirely clean. The floors were dirty, something spilled on the foot rest was left, the stove had burnt remnants on it, a pillow case was inside out, the garbage cans had no liners and were pretty filthy and we could see dried up cleaning wipe marks on everything giving clear evidence of how everything was cleaned which was not thorough at all. Altogether, it just felt dirty, which made us uncomfortable and question the cleanliness of the hotel in general. I don't ever want to check into a room where I see any evidence that someone else was there, other than normal wear and tear to structural items, which makes sense. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. Also, the kitchen was missing some necessary items like clean cloths and towels, the cabinets were dirty and all the dishes were shoved in a mess, clean dishes left in the washer. There was no silverware tray or even a drawer to put them in, making the kitchen feel chaotic, which we really needed while in town for over a week. Overall, I think the cleaning standards and stocking protocol could be better."
