"I’d consider them ok at the very best when you first move in but when you move out get ready to get scammed and get charged over $1000 and when you try and reach out about some of the charges they never respond and just send it to collections don’t get it wrong this place is full of scam artists that wanna drain as much money as they can out of you including a harsh and strict parking policy which if you make one mistake without warning your car will get towed and they charge you an insane fee over $300 for not even a whole day stay away from this apartment complex oh and ever heard of the landlord special yeah this complex is where that saying comes from. DONT LIVE HERE!!!"

"Very unprofessional and racist . The property manager is rude and disrespectful and seems to only be able to make accommodations to white people! I highly do not recommend anyone to waste their time with this property . When you are unsatisfied terra insists that you talk to her and that whoever owns the property has no contact information . So THERFORE your issue will never be resolved , you just have to take whatever she says to you... No one likes to lease from someone who is not willing to work with you or your financial downfalls . They will send you to court before the month is over and have you paying over double the rent . They won't work any payment arrangements with you . They also show favoritism to white tenants ."

"So far I’m not impressed. The laundry room is disgusting. First time visiting it and unsure if most of the washers work. The rent doesn’t match the amenities or lack of service request fulfillments. Update: the dryer stole $3"

"Ever since I've been here for three year's at Westport Edge , I've had nothing but great customer service with Stacy (manager). Anytime I have a question she very thorough with her response. She's very pleasant. If anything need to be repaired not a problem. She's always on point. Time for me to renew my lease for the fourth year wasn't going to until I met Stacy... Building is always clean. Thanks Stacy. Keep up the good work."
