"Going for just a tour was an amazing experience! Shay was very informative, kind and personable. She made us very comfortable like we were already home. She was willing to find the exact unit we needed! Seems like a quiet area close to 270 and other convenient places."
"The Property Manager Yelled at us The day of us to move in we wanted to discuss a lot of miscommunication going on. We bought our parents and family friends to help us all have a understanding of where the confusion was coming from. The property manger cam out and told us that they can't discuss the content of the lease with anyone outside the lease. That was perfectly understandable, so we went outside to tell parents what she told us about how they can't discuss the lease with anyone outside the lease. We did not know the property manager followed us out until she started to yell at us " I never said that! I never said that! I said we cannot discuss the lease with anyone outside the lease!" keep in mind she is yelling this outside the leasing office. My roommate and I look at each other in confusion then the Property Manager speaks up again " I just don't understand it! Why bring up all these issues now? Why bring up all this on the day you move in?!" Understand this we have had issues with communication all the time. We would call during opening hours and no one would answer and my roommate and I would not have time to come up to the office majority of the time because we work everyday of the week. It was a constant game of phone tag. We ended not moving into this place because the manager told us to decide that day to move in or not and we choose not to move in. If you love: poor communication Being yelled at by the Property Manager no washer in the two bedroom paying extra to wash your clothes being overpriced for everything People never answering the phone."
"Tony B. came out and took care of our kitchen pipes where we had a River of water last night. The bath tub stem was leaking where he knew exactly what to do by replacing the stem. Thanks Tony B for being such a wonderful person that came in and took great care of getting us in working order."
"I'm going to write this on a back up account to not display who I am to the leasing office Incase they try to come after me for this review but here's my overall experience....the good, the bad, and the UNGLY (Not all the photos I'm adding on here are bad but I did add some photos of the laundry area because it's sooooo gross) Bad -we have to pay money for the laundry when a one bed is almost 1200 dollars a month -matainence will "solve" your problem with quick fixes until you start complaining about how they keep having to come back to fix the problem every week -water heater didn't make hot water for the first week I was here -water heater smelled like rotten eggs for the 2 weeks I was here so everytime I had to washing something it over took my whole apartment -rusty pipes make my water come out just very mildly yellow -the paint job was sloppy and I'm still cleaning paint off my counters and fire places -the bath tub has rust spot in it -the staff is nice but very rarely ever answers the phone when you call -its April and it's been warm(granted off and on but 85 percent of the time it's warm) and the pool had yet to be open -not towel or toilet paper holder in bathroom I know that all sounds bad but I promise there are still good things Good -staff is nice -the help you through the whole process of getting set up -one bed one bath is honestly pretty spacious -24 hour gym of property -tennis court -its feels safe here -everyone here seems super nice -i can very rarely hear my neighbors through my walls -feels close to everything -apartment was mostly super clean and very newly renovated when I moved in -WORKING FIREPLACE -brand new kitchen stuff like oven, fridge, and DISH WASHER -nice closet space for 1/2 people Overall the first 2 weeks were super frustrating but sense then it's been pretty smooth sailing over all Edit- After leaving my review I did notice that they cleaned up the sitting room in the laundry room area a little bit and got rid of the rug that was appalling. They also opened up the pool which is amazing (very cold but that's not their fault). So it does feel like they are listening to us and taking our recommendations into account Updated from 2 ⭐⭐ to 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"Good clubhouse area, good surrounding, interior could have been little better in compare to rent. But overall looks decent. This review is based on initial visit, not a resident there but yes I’ve explored all apartments in Maryland Heights area."
