Promenade at New Town

"Amazing staff!! We just moved out here and have no issues with the apartment we are living in. We honestly should had moved out here sooner!"

"Just not impressed whatsoever with the townhomes and apartments. Went to look with a friend that’s moving here. Super dated and small, wood trim is all beat up, kitchens are dated and beat up, small bedrooms, smells like mold and mildew in the place we looked at. Just not worth the money they are asking when you can go up the road to brand new apartments and townhomes that are amazing. Only thing this place has going for it is the new town name that’s it. Save yourself sometime and look elsewhere."

"My rental property located at Promenade New Town has several issues. The applainces are old and outdated for type area and for the cost of rent. There is an infestation of Rollie Pollies(Pill Bugs.) Also major plumbing problems. I have been dealing with these issues going on 4 months now."

"My sister and I have lived here for almost seven months and absolutely love it. We love our townhouse, being so close to the lake, how friendly everyone is, being so close to the village where the stores and restaurants are, and the office and maintenance crew are outstanding. Unless my sister gets transferred we'll be living here until she retires."
