"A/C has shut down about 7 times this summer just for constant bandaid repairs. After calling today with no AC for 4 days in 90 degree summer, the lady got pushy. She told me it’s not an emergency if it’s under 80 and the maintenance team does a great job which I never said they didn’t. I said for paying nearly $2,000/month A/c outage shouldn’t be a weekly problem. Then thankfully she informed me it’s actually one of the cheaper apartments around my area. Side note walls are paper thin. I’d look for another apartment if you’re reading this"

"Moved in two weeks ago. Apartment is filthy and management hasn’t been in contact after attempts to reach out multiple times. AC broken upon move in in 100 degree weather and no response for three days, even the emergency line. Couldn’t even stay in the unit the first weekend. If you move in make sure you take pictures of everything because the “cleaning fees” upon move out are ridiculous when they clearly don’t clean the units between tenants. They redid our shower morning of move in and the smell was too overwhelming to be in the unit for over 10 minutes. This could’ve been settled between management but clearly once you’ve given them your money they don’t get in touch."

"Where to start! Lived here 3 years things were much better before new owners took over between the crazy rent increases an lack of regular maintenance we won’t be renewing. Most of the windows in these units need replacing to the point they fly open during storms an can damage things inside the home. We get ants every summer an have to spray 3-4 times even tho we pay a monthly pest fee. Can’t get hot water to save ur life an dont even get me started on the green pool or the fact that they only have 1 maintenance person. Truth be told they dumped a bunch of money into the place an it’s not paying off."
