"I called office on 12/11/23 due to our dish washer staying washing for over 2 hrs!!! The guy came out the next day @ 10:35am started and said he was going to talk with his boss to see if they need to exchange it and I told him that I would be out but he said he was gonna let it run and come back in an hour to check it but he never came back nor did we get any update at all!!! I understand I’m most likely not the only apartment having issues but at least some kind of communication from him or office if they got any update from him as to resolve or not!"

"Kellie is very knowledgeable and courteous. Answered all our questions and gave us a tour of the apartment as well as the laundry facility and club house. We'll be making this our temporary home until our new home is completed."

"Worse Service Ever! They are very pleasant in the beginning. But after you sign the lease they start playing a different game with you. My floors were all in water whatever it rains or snows. Nobody fixed it. I asked to move me to the second floor and they did not act on that request. They charge A LOT EXTRA MONEY for each month payment referring to some king of fees that they cannot handle. CROOKS DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I have mixed emotions with this apartment. When I moved in there was a huge stain on my carpet I tried everything to get it out and it never worked. I even found condom wrappers in my closet. The one thing they are good at is getting things fixed when needed. There is one girl in the office who got my information wrong and I had to go in there multiple times to get things fixed. Also be cautious of your laundry I had things get stolen including my dad’s sweatshirt, and my dad passed away. I also had to wait 30 minutes to turn in my keys because there was one person in the office and she made me sit in my car and wait."
