"Totally unprofessional. Showed up for my appointment and doctor is not even working. They claim they tried to call me but I have no voicemail setup which is a joke because I checked it in front of them and I’ve gotten voicemails from numerous other people. Will never go back wasted my time. Reception staff was rude and acted like they could care less. Great job making horrible first impression. Go somewhere else!"

"Absolutely terrible experience. I had a deviated septum and I was unable to fully breath out of my right nostril. I came here for surgery and I was told that I needed 5 different procedures to fix my problem. So I listened to the doctor and went through with the surgery and then I was worse afterwards. I was unable to breath at all out of either nostril for several months. I went to another ENT who was able to help and redo the surgery, but due to being botched by this place, the new surgeon was only able to fix so much. I am now able to breath with about 30% air flow but its better than nothing!"

"Dr Musgrave was incredible. He had a great bedside manner, walked me through everything before he did it, and continued to update me while he was using the suction on my ears. He was patient and gentle and comforting. He was wonderful."
