"Dr Babak Lami is a fraud! i have 2 doctors and i went to him for a ime paid by my workers comp inusrance. and he just lied for them big time. he wrote in the report that he did a heal and toe test which is never did. i just tried it at home and my legs were shaking and i was unstable. i told him i had neck pain and midback where my mri shows also a pinched spinal cord. he said i said no pain in my midback. i have 2 bulging disks pressing on my nerves which i barely walk and cant sit for long he said he i said i have no back pain. i have work restrictions from two other doctors i barely walk i cant sit for long my back hurts alot and my tail bone. this guy is trying to release me back to work with no restrictions to get injured more when im barely walking and functioning normally. im reporting this guy as we speak to the illinois medical board. this guy is a fraud shouldnt have his license he doesent practice to help people he doesnt care about them he only cares to lie for insuance companies so they can get away with not paying for injured workers. stay away from this office. hes a insurance doctor hired by insurance companies. 0 stars if i could."

"I had a double fusion cervical surgery done by DR Babak Lami. He was fantastic and very professional throughout the whole process. He listened to me and made sure i was taken care of. His office staff were all professional and on there game love this place they also have physical therapy there as well. Ive seen there were a couple of bad reviews here and i don't understand there complaints because i didn't encounter any of it."

"I had a herniated disc at L4/L5 which presented as debilitating leg pain. It was last year at the height of the covid mess and it was next to impossible to get anything accomplished. The office staff was amazing helping me navigate the labyrinth of roadblocks thrown down by the insurance company and hospital, which was refusing to do any surgeries other than emergencies at the time. Likewise the nursing staff was very sympathetic and helpful. They all made it happen when it looked like it wouldn't. As for Dr. Graf, I cannot endorse him strongly enough. He is the most unassuming straight forward doctor I have ever encountered and explains details, options, and recommendations thoroughly. As for his actual practice, he is exactly who you want in a spinal surgeon: competent, conservative, and compassionate. If I ever had a family member with a spinal issue I would insist that they see Dr. Graf. After surgery for a minimally invasive microdiscectomy, I did my rehab at their Schaumburg facility which only addresses spinal recovery issues. Physical Therapist Adil was very conscientious, creative and diligent in mixing up different approaches to fine tune my progress. I learned something new every visit. I feel very fortunate to have chosen this facility and staff for a very critical procedure."
