"I was there few weeks ago. Doctor is very nice and sweet. But the reason I give 3 stars is for the staff. I actually would give them NO STARS. The most unprofessional team I've ever seen! As a new pt walking in to the office everybody expect to be treated nice with a smile. When I walk in - the first think receptionist tald me is : "I AM ON LUNCH" and she was on the phone with her boyfriend or husband. I was like ....."Ahh .... OK". And I am standing there confused not knowing what to do.... Then few minutes later I guess she was "nice" enough to find some time for me. As she was talking to her boyfriend/husband on the phone at the same time she started passing me paper work to fill up. She wasn't saying anything to me, just passing the papers. She was too busy and too into the phone conversation. Also that phone conversation was very loud (everybody in the room could hear it) and she was using very unprofessional words. For example calling her boyfriend/husband stupid. I would think if someone is on lunch or taking personal calls they should not be doing it in front of the patients. But there is more..... After she got off the phone, there were 2 more receptionists. And all they were doing the whole time is fighting each other. TEAM IS VERY VERY GHETTO !!!!!!!!!! Felt like I was somewhere on the south side in gangster neighborhood....Working in the medical field myself I WOULD FIRE ALL OF THEM !!!!!!! I hope Doctor of this practice will read this review and will make some changes in their office. Because as a patient I felt awful the way I was treated!"
