"The apartments aren't too bad. My unit had a washer and dryer, and it was a large two bedroom. It was roach infested when I first moved in. And I had some very inconsiderate, loud neighbors. There was always trash thrown on the ground, and the mailroom was always a big mess. Otherwise, it is what you make of it. I kept to myself so I had no real issues."
"If you live on section 8 you definitely get treated differently. They don't fix things you don't get a washer and dryer in your unit, now if you are working at caterpillar or have a good paying job you get a washer and dryer, but if your on section 8 you get discriminated against."
