Holiday Inn & Suites Peoria at Grand Prairie, an IHG Hotel

"Hello and good morning this isn't about my stay. I stayed at your property several times with my girlfriend who fits a room there. When we come in from out of town and there's a girl who works on the front desk usually on Sunday mornings and she's always there by herself handling it like a champ we've stayed there many years. And it seems like whenever we check out she is always up there by herself like someone hasn't shown up for work. She has a really great customer service knows her job really well and gets us in and out quick as possible. I think her name is Stacy you guys really need to take care of her because she's been there for many years I think since you guys first opened."

"My favorite whenever I’m in Peoria for work. No other hotels comes close. Great rooms, Excellent location and most of all service by the staff. special shoutout to Tammy who went the extra mile to ensure I’m well packed up n organized before my 26hr journey by giving me a special extension of a late check out at 3pm. That helped me a ton and I’m sooooo appreciative. Thank you and I’ll be back as always"

"Was very unhappy with how much they charged a night. Then can't even get more than what 18-20 channel's on t.v??? T. Vs are outdated can't even pair your phone to it. The building it's self is very old just redone. I slipped in their shower and busted my knee really good and went to the doctor afterwards as the showerhead sprays right at your feet get soap or conditioner while rinsing your hair and the bottom is so slick better be careful when taking a shower as they had no tubs available. Also I think it's highly unsanitary to keep r same bottles of soap shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Pool was very cold. After hotel stay. I came down. Sick with influenz h and ecoli, as I went to the doctor afterwards for feeling flu like symptoms and for my knee and shoulder. I was very unhappy with the 2 day stay as much as they charge over 300$ for two nights and no HBO max or stars Disney channel's nothing!!! The holiday inn in rock island Illinois 6yrs ago had TV's put in the mirrors of the bathroom and brand new up-to-date tvs and over 100 channel's to watch either while soaking I. A BATHTUB or while laying in the bed!!!! Didn't sick afterwards and never fell in bathroom tub floor!!! Maybe someone from corporate might want to contact me, or maybe I should contact an attorney since the doctor wants to do some scans of my knee and shoulder since the pain is continuing and not went away by now."

"Gorgeous hotel, beautiful rooms, very clean & comfortable. The staff was so very friendly & helpful. The dining room served delicious food at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend! We will definitely be staying here again on our visits to & from NE to OH!"
