Is an exceptional staff member who displayed care, concern, and exemplary customer service. She was very helpful with food allergies and even checked back to make sure everything was okay."

"We stayed at this facility for a tournament in Peoria for two nights and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating despite the chaos that the tournament had caused. The rooms were clean and comfortable but our coffee maker was broken; the staff fixed that quickly though and even served breakfast earlier than scheduled to ensure our kids were fed before a day of games. We will definitely be returning to this hotel should we need to stop in Peoria again."

"The hotel is undergoing construction. I would recommend booking elsewhere until renovations are complete. The rooms are worn out and dirty. I was looking forward to a nice stay, and as soon as I checked in and arrived at my room, I couldn’t wait until I could check out (place is falling apart, plus, t.v. did not work in living room area, no tissues in the bathroom. I considered checking out and booking at another hotel. However, having paid in advance with no option to cancel the reservation and receive a refund, I chose to stay. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Make sure renovations are complete before you book at the Staybridge Suites in Peoria, Illinois!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. What really stood out for me was the handwritten note I received from the employee at the front desk. It’s those personal touches that make a stay truly memorable. One of the highlights of mice day was the breakfast experience. The lady who prepared breakfast, not only serve, delicious food, but also interacted with all the guest, making each one of us feel special and valued. Her hospitality and warmth, adding an extra level of comfort to my mornings. It’s worth nothing that the hotel is currently under renovations, and I can’t wait to see the finished product. I have no doubt it will become the best hotel in Peoria once the renovations are complete. As a traveling RN who often needs to stay at hotels for extended periods, I truly appreciate the efforts made to enhance the overall experience. I can confidently say that I will be returning to this hotel in the future. My stay, here was great, thanks to the friendly staff, the personal touch of the hand, written note, the wonderful breakfast experience, and the promise of an even better hotel in the future. This hotel has certainly won my loyalty, and I look forward to my next visit."
