"Horrible experience with the front desk manager who decided to cancel our rewards booked reservation. She calls us to say it is canceled and hangs up the phone. It took two more calls and more hang ups to get her to explain why the reservation was being cancelled. Finally we called the Marriott Elite line to intervene and restore the reservation. It turns out that during high demand weekends, they prefer to sell the rooms instead of rewards. So she used any excuse to justify canceling ours. BE AWARE."

"Great room. Clean, close to lots of things to do and walk to. Museums, library, restaurants. Hotel staff very nice and helpful."

"FYI they charge 40$ for "incidentals" which they then keep when you check out to pay for your parking. Even if you specifically ask when you check in why your cost is like 120$ more than what they quoted you. Taxes and incidentals. Also the same poop smear was on the bathroom floor in the pool area all 3 days we were there. Along with enough hair to make a decent wig."

"Super clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Did not eat. Parking a little tricky but they can explain the parking garage."

"The staff was fine, there was minimal interaction. But there was no garbage can in the bathroom, the one in the room had no bag and there was a left over cup of ramen noodles half eaten left in the fridge. Didn't spend much time in the room."
