"The first room that we had the cable went out & they put us in another room. But the second room, it felt like we was being watched by the cleaners because I had caught them hovering by my door & they tried to play it off asking are we staying another night when they knew that we was because they was at the front desk with me when I paid for it. But the worst, there was roaches. I don't do ANY bugs."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Smells like urine and marajuana when you walk in, and someone had clearly smoked in our non-smoking room. There was leftover food spilled behind the tv that hadn’t been cleaned, marshmallows on the floor, visible dust around the room, and to top it off, BLOOD STAINS on the bed. Immediately walked out."

"Omg. Talk about how we could care less about our property. Let's start with the room, Walk in, and it smells like urine. The bedding has visible stains. There's black stuff on the wall. Like, did we try to clean the room. Requested another room. It smelled like WD-40. This time, the bedding had burned holes. Like, are you curious. Carpet dirty in the halls, glass doors dirty in the lobby, mats distressed."

"Reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. get here to check in and after we were charged full price, find out we were given 2 rooms with 1 bed in each room...awe were told we could get a 3rd room for free for the mistake. Didnt care we had 2 minor children with us!"
