"I attended classes for most of seven months, and my time was always awesome. the coaches I worked with were all amazing, very instructive and did a good job helping us learn the right way to do things. they kept the energy high, but never ran us too raged. it’s a good workout, and a great skill to have. "I’ve been doing Krav for about 4 years, they are loving and respectful people. I would Definitely recommend..! I got fit, had fun, met friends, And gained confidence in myself. They have many classes such work outs, warrior yoga, adult classes, youth classes, and more. The skills you learn are effective and work. They help you modify depending on your fight or how strong you are. We do stress drill to resemble real life. You learn simple things like how to controle your movement while throwing a punch to defending a long gun. Occasionally they have seminars and do scenarios. Coaches are very friendly and everyone respects You. The prices are better then most workout or self-defense classes. I would definitely say take classes and form a contract."

"Started training at the central campus at end of January this year. I had done different martial arts in the past but this is a completely different experience. The expert instructors lead you thru sessions that combine body weight training and self defense technique. No matter your fitness or combative level you'll be challenged in a safe and supportive environment. With the quarantine, the team at Krav Maga has developed online materials and lead live web sessions to continue our training effectively. The advertisement of "getting into the best shape of your life, while learning skills that can save your life" is no understatement. I thought I was in good shape until I started training here! This place took me to a whole new level I didn't even know I could obtain. If you are willing to put in the work, this place and the cadre of instructors who teach here have the knowledge and skills to push you through your own mental blocks and build your self-defense skills all while having fun at the same time! There is something for everyone here regardless of your age, physical condition, or circumstances with the plethora of different programs. Also, despite all the social distancing and closing of gyms going on, they have continued to show up for their members by creating online content with live classes, daily workouts for you to do on your own at home, and daily videos with techniques to work on so you can continue your training that will help you stay sane while being stuck at home! The instructors will challenge you, prove to you that you have way more inside you than you thought you had, you will learn life-saving techniques, become more confident in everyday life, and build a connection with the people with which you train.
