"Bad customer service!!! Ten people standing by the cashier and they take forever to bring a shoe to try on. These kids seem like they hate their job, they literally throw you the boxes at you. They don’t even greet you when checking out. They pay more attention to their phones than their customers who are the ones keeping this business open."

The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because they kept giving me men sizes to try on when I needed women’s sizes and the dude who scanned the shoe just did not care & he didn’t talk to me. Unfortunately I was in a rush and wasn’t able to actually get the right size to try on, but the least you can do is smile or act like you care. The check out staff are super friendly though!!"
