"Rude! Never been to a LSC where there where so rude. I want to previous campus and never had such horrible service. I literally was there around 6:28pm it was maybe 6:42pm when the advisor told me that she wasn’t sure about the answer to my guestion but that she has to leave at 7pm. It was very rude and unprofessional. -10 if i could rate."
"If you’re a veteran, trying to go to this location, don’t. The veterans advisor is never there, doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. I’ve been trying to get registered for the mini Master for over two weeks with no assistance whatsoever. The one day I took off lunch to come up there from workto register with the veterans advisor they aren’t there. I’m taking my business and education elsewhere."
"Lone Star College (Texas) - Professor Dr. Gemini Wahhaj posts on Facebook her displeasure students are required to attend a "holocaust museum session, a body that advocates for Palestinian slaughter". This is HORRIFYING"
"I would give 0 stars. The assistant and advisors don’t know what they are doing. Milking the clock and don’t want to work. They get bothered when you keep asking several questions. The Hispanic assistant lady said I need to take an introduction accounting class, right away looking at her lazy attitude and Her manager said your credits don’t transfer. The manager wasn’t even in the room to look at my transcript. I knew they were full of it. I knew it was a mistake going there. I went to the Main Campus and I was given class credit for completion. I didn’t have to take that class smh. I would call them out by name but it’s not worth it. People spend there hard earned money and time trying to do better in life. At least make an effort to guide people in the right direction. You’ll clearly know if you meet them. Heads up!"
"While I'd love to give a better review, I have to be honest. If you are utilizing veteran services, prepare for a ridiculous amount of wait time. There's never anyone online via chat and when you call if someone answers, it becomes a series of transference to different people or "I'll have someone contact you." This poses an issue as a current student attempting to be successful in class. I've been dealing with this for a year now, so waring to Veterans with education benefits find a different school or be prepared to wait and get the runaround."
