"Small, intimate theater setting in Downtown Houston. Great for a night out when your pinching penny's but you really want to enjoy a night out with the significant other, and ya'll both enjoy theater. The seating puts you up close and personal with the actors and actresses and makes you feel part of the performance. Be aware though that the waiting area outside the individual theaters is open air so dress for the weather. There's a small concession stand on site, with a small selection of snacks, drinks, wine, alcohol, and mixed drinks. Theater is also nicely located with in walking distance of a few nice restaurants."

"MATCH is a beautifully laid out venue with refreshments offered for sale. Parking is either streetside or in the adjacent garage. MATCHBOX 2 is an intimate theatre. There are dining options nearby. We chose to eat at Spicy Girl after enjoying the show "Retracing Paths", a Creative Minds Collaborative Production with University of St. Thomas Dance and Ad Deum Dance Company."
"Great venue for family-friendly performances. They sell coffee and snacks outside in the promenade. I was impressed to find that snacks can be brought inside. The kids had a great time and enjoyed the play. Very cute and totally recommend."
"Love the concept of this multi-theatre venue! Glad we could take the refreshments we purchased in with us. Bathrooms were clean too. We parked in the parking garage...the only negative experience was trying to leave...one of the garage exits was closed off so it took us 30 mins to get to the exit gate!"
