"I toured this apartment complex yesterday and loved what I saw. The location is private in the wooded area but still close to main roads and businesses. Melissa and Morgan were informative and overall amazing with answering all of my questions! Other apartments that I called and went to tour had rude staff that did not seem interested in my move in. Definitely 10/10 recommend this location and the wonderful office ladies!"

"I DO NOT recommend l living here! We entered a lease agreement stating that these are smoke free apartments and that residents aren’t even allowed to smoke on their patios. We were thrilled to find a place that had strict rules and appeared to enforce them, but that is not the case… Now I’m struggling with my asthma and my newborn is struggling with breathing as well. She has so much congestion I’m afraid for her well being. I keep calling the office to tell them smoke is pouring into our apartment from the neighbors in the basement. I’ve never once received a phone call back from them and of the few times they’ve answered I was told they would investigate and do walk through inspections and hand out violations. That has never been done and the one time the lady did a walk through it was over an hour after I called and said she didn’t smell anything but it was purposeful because they’re lazy and don’t want to follow through on anything. We are desperate for a resolution… We can’t even sleep in our bedroom and are confined to the couch with our 4 month old every night now… I’m posting this review in hopes this finally gets your attention enough to do something for our situation and right to have clean air."

"Do not move here unless you like choking on secondhand smoke while paying for a “No Smoking” apartment. The downstairs neighbors hot box weed in their apartment all day and night and fill our bedroom full of smoke. My wife and I have a 4 month old baby that sleeps by our bed and management won’t do a single thing about it except make excuses. All they do is send out automated texts to remind people not to smoke, and don’t actually enforce the policy even after numerous complaints. We moved here because we thought this we be a good place for kids while searching for a house but it definitely is not. Keep looking and don’t waste your time here. Edit: The comment below is completely inaccurate. The management team has not even attempted to reach out to me or my wife even though we have called multiple times and left voicemails."

"Isn’t there a speed limit when driving in the parking lot!? People drive through like there isn’t! I saw a maintenance van getting ready to back up and a car flew right by and the van had to stop abruptly!! More speed bumps might be a good idea!…"
