"The owner, Chuck Weaver, does not care at all about his tennets or the building. They have unpermitted work done there, they don't fix things. My neighbors just had a baby and they took 7 days to fix the hot water heater. They tried to blame me for my dishwasher being broken. My bathroom had black mold in it and they did nothing. Dont get me started on the snow either. Will take them weekes to clean, they dont shovel anything amd they never put salt down. Horrible place to live."

"Very serene and calm environment. Very well kept complex. I very much enjoyed my stay at this apartment complex and I had a very good experience. I’ve been to different apartments in different cities, and this one is certainly the best I’ve been in. Maintenance may not always come as quickly as I would like, but everything is eventually well taken care of. Highly recommended."

"Management staff and office are very hard to get a hold of. Staff for call direction can be rude. Create the illusion of submitting service requests online, but tickets never get checked or fulfilled unless you make a call to the office and, if you ever can get a hold of them, they will take they’re sweat time to make repairs. Space and square footage is a steal for the price. Included garage for no extra charge, very nice. Area is near mall and several other store and restaurants. Close to two major grocery stores. All in all a good place to stay and great price. Just hope you never need them to make a repair."

"We have lived here almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. We are fortunate to have great neighbors and its overall very quiet. I love the location! We are secluded, but yet so close to everything Peoria has to offer. Micah is always great if I have any questions and is almost always available, if I need to go to the office. If I can make any suggestions it would be to remember to salt the second set of stairs. During icy/snowy weather, maintenance tends to salt the first set of stairs pretty well, but forget the second set. We have had a few instances this winter of it being pretty slippery on the steps and at the base."

"Woodsage Apartments are beautiful, private, affordable and luxurious. I highly recommend calling and scheduling an appointment. It is hard to get through to someone the first time you call, but they do call back within 24 hours. The only downside to living in this complex is the lack of diligence when it comes to salting the icy roadways. Otherwise, love living here!"
