"Today at this office my son who is 11 years old had the worst experience at this office with this doctor ever. He forcefully pulled on his foot and started messing with it when it didn’t need to be and made it worse. Also he had an ingrown toe on his right foot which was fixed by a different doctor and this doctor tried to mess with it when he didn’t need to and tried to tell me that he needs to clean. I told him five times not to touch it. And he wasn’t listening to me. So needless to say he put my son though pain."

"First off, I will say I love Dr. Jeff Appleman he has done a wonderful job on my foot surgeries and foot inserts BUT the office manager has been rude, short, hateful and all of the above with me when I called her with questions on my incorrect bill. I called my insurance before I had the procedures done and I called them again after all of this multiple times and also did a 3 way call with my insurance and this office to discuss the codes they billed and my insurance said they are covered and I should not be billed- the office manager would not listen and sent me a "final notice" on my bill even though my insurance opened an appeal claim to help me figure out why they are still saying I owe a very large amount of money for a procedure code that is covered by my insurance. I am unhappy with the treatment and service from this office. I work in healthcare and specifically work in Doctors Park right next to their office and know this is NOT how you treat your patients. This bill is from 2020 and it is now 2022 if that tells you anything at all. Reader Available"

"I have been a patient here for a couple of years. Because of diabetic neuropathy I require diabetic foot wear and special care as I only limited feelings in my feet. This makes it difficult to do things like nail care without possibly injuring myself and not even know it. She (Dr Appleman) is a perfect solution to a difficult situation. Thank you"
