"I have trained with FIF for about a year. The individual training programs are direct & designed to address areas of your specific goal or weakness, or just overall fitness. My specific areas & needs for training are being addressed & as a result I am a stronger runner (Marathon, Trail & Ultra). The weekly stretching is a bonus & demonstrates/teaches the values of limber muscles. Tim & his staff treat each & everyone as an athlete. They ask & observe how you are, any areas of soreness or hurts & will adjust the workout to accommodate. I have seen FIF help all athletes from beginner to advanced. In many group runs I have participated in for 3 years, the subject of Finish It Fitness is always talked about in a positive manor. (runners are a chatty bunch). She always talks to me to monitor the “whole” person.
