"I really like my Nurse practitioner Nicole Huckabee she really listens and checks you over ! I can't praise her enough! If you have any questions she answers them if she doesn't know she will find out and let you know promptly!"
"One of the best nurse practitioners I have ever seen. Listens and makes time for you. Easy and efficient, highly recommend"
"When I moved from St. Louis in late fall 2022, I searched to find my replacement medical team. I found Mrs. Buxton to be the one I could trust and have never been disappointed in the level of care that I have received from her."
"The nurses are rude and lie on your charts. You can't depend on getting your messages or calls returned and you never know if your prescriptions will be refilled. I ran out of one of mine for over 10 days before they finally called the pharmacy. That's literally all they had to do and probably took them 1 minute but instead they send me a message about how frustrated they are having to deal with it. It was a rx you can't just stop taking suddenly either. The most childish behavior I've ever seen from a Doctors office. Do not go here and if you do when you try to switch doctor's they will try to mess that up for you. There are a couple nurses that need their nursing licenses taken away."
"Three words can sum this place up for you: Heartless, cold, and incompetent My husband has diabetes, and had had complications that have been potentially dangerous, so our appointment was pretty important to make it to. He had been living with moderate to severe symptoms for over a month, waiting for this appointment. Our truck started to overheat on the way to the appointment, so we were forced to drive a little slower than anticipated, for over an hour to see Dr. Tobey, and were 5 minutes short of their 15 minutes early policy, so we were 10 minutes EARLY, AND had completed the pre-appointment paperwork before the even leaving for the appointment. AND WERE TURNED AWAY AT THE RECEPTION AREA, wasn't even given the opportunity to speak with a nurse or find out how long to reschedule, so we were forced to find an urgent care facility, to get treatment. They didn't even tell him that they had one next door to the office when they coldly turned him away. Dr. Tobey is unimpressive, and I hope that my husband will think about changing his Primary Care Physician after this ordeal."
