"I’ve been here for close to a year so far and I love living here. First of all the building is very secure and feels safe. My apartment is priced perfectly for what it is and I enjoy the space. Having a half bathroom off of the main bedroom is especially helpful. Each time I have a maintenance issue they are immediately accommodating and fix it as quickly as possible. I like that they are thorough about the renting process and care who they rent to. The manager and other staff are consistently helpful and not difficult to work with. Safe, secure, friendly and budget consciousness make this a great place to live!"
"After living here awhile I'm Not so Happy.. Management treats smokers Badly about Where to smoke While Building Manager Smokes in Underground Garage! Garage Leaks at roof in a big section and There Is BLACK MOLD growing all over Fire Insulation in Basement Garage. Owners Assign parking per how they like you and I Am in the Dripping Ceiling MOLD ZONE! Can't wait to Move Out.."
