"The room was the best entry level hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was modern and inviting and clean! Facilities were in great shape. Gym was well stocked and clean as well. Staff remembered us and were kind and courteous even when a problem arose"

"Staff was pleasant, allowed us to check in early, and some upgrades to room (TV in bathroom mirror, Sleep Number bed). I really liked our suite with the separate bedroom so we could close the door and our kid could stay on the pullout couch. Pool area is OK w/ whirlpool and workout room. Breakfast is not included, a major downside, and could be cleaner."

"Room was absolutely barren, unwelcoming, not cozy at all. Barely any furniture, stark white walls, no artwork - felt like we were in a hospital room, not a hotel room. Room was clean upon arrival, but with no daily service, garbage piled up, towels weren't restocked, and it didn't feel like a 3-star hotel at all. We had breakfast at The Forest City Pub one morning. Service was terribly slow, the food was way overpriced for the quality. Waitress apologized at least once at each table for various reasons (wrong food/slow service/forgetting something). We paid over $700 for three nights and felt like we stayed at a Motel 6. For the money, this place is NOT worth it. There are a ton of hotels in this area -- I implore you to find a different one."
