"I’ve been staying here several times a year when I’m in town. It’s the only place that my family and I feel comfortable. Upon the last visit we were made aware of the changes in regards to purchasing cookware for the rooms and I was a little saddened until they said I could bring my own cookware, so 10/10 still for this particular establishment. The staff goes above and beyond and what’s even more heartwarming is that no matter how long it has been since the last visit, they always remember my face."

"To be completely honest, I have been staying in and out of hotels for the past 5 year's! Having a few personal issue's with a divorce and bad credit! Hate to say it, but it is what it is! But happy to say I have bee able to call extended stay my home, for the past almost 2 year's! After staying at a number of different hotels in the Rockford area, I must say this is the best. I can say the only hotel in the Rockford area that is CLEAN! This is the most important thing to me, and I would say to most, after owning a cleaning business and working in customer service for 15 years, I know what the standards should be for cleanliness, and extended stay definitely meets the criteria of excellence! Along with great customer service, I'm happy to call it home for now. Some people have asked me about the prices and how I could afford to stay here compared to the other hotels in the area. But honestly it's, not that much more, I'm happy to pay at the most $ 70 bucks more to stay here,in a clean room with friendly service, where I feel safe and , having no vehicle at the time, being able to walk to where I need to go, than any of the , hate to say it, discusting places with horrible rude employees much of the time, that can't even complete a request for 1 roll of toilet paper!? Thank you to the GM and staff for making my experience feel at home and safe."

"I'm a ESA loyalist, but this last visit makes me sad and will make me reconsider in the future. This really is a self service hotel. They have power point slides at the front desk AND on the TV that say free dishes are available to borrow, but the front desk clerk will tell you they charge at this location. The front desk is closed at 10pm and don't let them give you a room near the patio area, other guests will stay up late, talking, (sounded like) drinking, until way late. Pay a few more bucks and stay at the ESA just down the road or better yet, try the Holiday Inn next door."

"My mom and I live out of state but my grandpa lives in Rockford and has veen fighting cancer so we have stayed here twice in the last two months and plan on staying here every visit. The landscape is nice, I loved the patio area that was set up with a grill and tables. The lobby always looks clean. I love that there is a laundry room and gym easily accessible. The staff is amazing!! Manager Joy was aware of our situation and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean both times we stayed and we slept very comfortably. My mom’s dog even loved all the grassy area and being able to stay with us. I have stayed at other extended stays before and this one is by far the best I have ever visited."
