"We have had our 3 sons ages 5,5,6 doing the homeschool class and they have learned so much and have had so much fun. The instructors know what they are doing and keep it super engaging for little ones. I recommend this to anyone since these life skills can go with them as they develop and grow. I have also attended the women’s self defense class that is currently the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Kristi and Brad were very helpful in helping every age get to where we needed to be to learn by not making it feel intimidating. Highly recommend this gym."
