"I ordered the same thing everyday during my stay in Lubbock via mobile app. And every single day, it was wrong. Every time. It's simple as to NOT add whip creme to the frappe. If it was just put on top, that's okay. I'm a big girl I can scrape it off. But every single time, they put it on the bottom too. I can't sit and wait every time for them to remake it. I understand they get busy, but it's just so frustrating."

"Absolute best Starbucks to go to Before 11am. Consistently the fastest starbucks drive through I have ever been to in the am. However, it is a whole other story around and after 11:00am. Tends to be very busy in the afternoon and can jam the street leading to the drive thru"

"When I arrived to pick up my order, the music playing was at a comfortable volume, so I decided to enjoy my breakfast inside instead of taking it to go, while I listened to my book on my earbuds. However, they turned up the music, so I turned up the volume on my phone, and I swear it was a volume war until I could not increase the volume anymore on my phone. It's as if they're not interested in people enjoying the coffee shop atmosphere of the low grade hustle and bustle and use the ever-increasing volume of the music to drive people out after they retrieve their order. Finally, not being able to tolerate the cacophony of noise between my book and their music, I decided to leave. I probably would have purchased more items if I wasn't driven from the store by the din."

"Ordered 4 vanilla frapps add strawberry purée and get the whitest strawberry I ever seen. Not to mention all short straws so I have to dig it out the cup. And then to ask for a tip …. Super sucked it up today. Very disappointed"
