"It never fails, every time I come in I get treated like I'm an inconvenience. Today they let me know as i was picking up my stuff that they couldn't fill everything in my order. When i mentioned a call would've been nice she said that they don't have time to call every customer. Funny though how i got a call and an email when it was ready, could've been mentioned then but whatever. I wouldn't go here except that I don't have a choice."

"I had attended this college online for a year now and was doing great with my gpa. Everyone is nice on campus. I can’t talk much about the campus because I really didn’t attend classes on campus. But this semester I had the most difficult time with the system this one class used (spc choose that system which is a one star). This one class was the only class that used that system for online. The system you use online will fail you tremendously. My whole class have dropped and failing due to the system kicking you out of your test and you don’t get a chance to continue the test once it kicks you out. The teacher does not give you a chance and grades your test. If you haven’t finished the test because the system kicks you off then you get a bad grade. The teacher is not no help either. My whole class even me feel like this is setting us up for failure. All they want is your money. My class and me called to complain about the system and teacher and they all have each other’s back and not taking what you say in consideration. Due to my job (traveling) I can’t take no class on campus. If you fail a class online then you can not retake it again online, you have to go on campus to retake the class. Not everyone is able to attend class on campus. If I could then I wouldn’t be doing online classes. I will be taking my credits and attend another college. I’m so upset that I wasted my money on this college that don’t show concern about their students. There are some good teachers I came across them there is this one that made hell rise."

"Bought my ebooks from here. Didn’t end up needing one of them so I decided to return it and was going to use the return amount to by something else. According to the back of the receipt, you have 5 days to return it. Ebooks with access codes must have the seal on it and the access code can’t be scratch off. Mine was still in its original form. I went in on the 5th day and tried to return it. The manager came out of her office yelling at me because I was trying to return it. Some of the employees are rude as well, even though 2 other employees did agree that the day I went in, it was the last day for me to return it. I was yelled at by the manager in front of her employees and was told that I could “get out of her store”. This place has no customer service what so ever. They get very snappy at you and angry even if you ask them a question. Terrible place."

"The workers are always so friendly and helpful to me..offering suggestions and advice about different things really more than is required of their job which makes me want to go in their store cause I know that I'm going to get the help I need and fast so that I can be on my way.
