"DO NOT WORK HERE!! Base pay is 10 dollars an hour and you will get fired within two months if you are heard "counting down the minutes". They are horrible with flexible scheduling and being a full time college student, this can be very problematic. They always scheduled me during my exams and labs even though I told them ahead of time that I needed those days off. I came in on time everytime and even picked up extra shifts so that i could survive and was still accused of "not putting in enough effort". I was fired, along with the 2 other guys i was hired on with, and we were all fired at the same time. I asked the manager why I didn't have a schedule posted and she proceeded to inform me of my termination via GroupMe, very unprofessional. They "had trouble" with my pay as well and recieved my pay 2 days later than when I was supposed to receive it and had to contact the person in charge of payroll 2 times because despite giving them my banking information upon hiring, they "had trouble with direct deposit". IT IS NOT WORTH IT!"

"Horrible customer service, they are unable to use the phone number they ask for to inform you about what you ordered. Not only is the service horrible but their custom products cost an unreasonable amount, my company purchased 4 hats and it costed $190. It also takes forever for your products to be finished especially when they make up expected finished times. Shop elsewhere this place is bad"

"We ordered 4 custom hats which costed an ungodly amount of money “$190”. They told us it would be finished Monday of the next week. It took them 4 days to realize that the picture didn’t arrive and then proceeded to call the wrong number to try and inform us. They realized it was the wrong number 2 days later and then lead us on to believe that it would still be done that Monday. When we arrived to see if our hats were done they proceeded to inform us that they would finish on Friday, TWO WEEKS AFTER WE ORDERED. This place has the worst communication I have ever seen and is incredibly over priced. DO NOT SHOP HERE GO TO ACADEMY"

"Staff was super helpful and the racks of clothes we hung or folded nicely. It's definitely just a sports store. Great selection of men's shirts for working out as well as for women. The shoe department was helping us. Thank you"

"Brenden was so patient and extreamly helpful with helping our son find the perfect outfield glove(s). He listened to my sons wants and preferences and he we walked out with 2 gloves, being exactly what my son was looking for. They offered to break the gloves in for a great price. Best customer service we have had in a while."
