"Shopped there frequently when it was finish line, had good customer service. Went in and bought a pair of shoes today, the sales people were great, counter person not so much. To busy on her cell phone. Looked like she had a long day. Not friendly at all."

"I went in yesterday on a Saturday. The store looked busy but it was more teenagers than anything in there. However I stood in line for 35 minutes before I even got help to find a shoe size. Finally when I got my shoes I had to walk back around to stand in line for another 30 minutes just to make my purchase. I just believe that the store itself was very disorganized and the employees disoriented. Sadly to say, I will NEVER shop there again. This was about 3pm. Customer service was very poor. Not a good business. South Plains Mall JD Sports come on do better!"

"Went in today to purchase some shoes and was asked by a gentleman named Christian if we needed any help. He was very rude when asked if he had a certain size and seemed very bothered when he had to go back to the back to get the other size we needed. Being that I have a set of twin girls I needed two of the same shoes in different size. Since he obviously seemed bothered I stopped asking him for help and asked the sweet girl that was there if she could help me and grab me the other 2 shoes I needed that he obviously didn’t get nor listened very well when asked. As we went to pay he leaned over to her and told her something about her selling us those shoes! He then loudly and rudely said that he will let me make the purchase this one time only. That I am not allowed to make a purchase of 2 of the same shoes! I told him I HAVE TWIN GIRLS, what the heck?! And I told him, fine then my boyfriend can pay for the other two shoes if it’s such a bother to him! His words were, “ I seen you all walk in together so that means you all are together and can only make one purchase! He rolled his eyes and walked away! Like how does a “manager” get away with treating someone this way! Judging people and assuming because they walked in together that they are all one family and can only make one purchase?! The store definitely needs a better manager and definitely needs to work on customer service! My twin girls needed these shoes for a dance competition or else I would have left them there and never made the purchase!"

"Encountered 3 different employees on the floor. We were ignored for about 20min. When my son asked a girl for a certain shoe size when she came back with the shoe, my son put his hand out as she "handed" them to him she just dropped the shoe on the seat. The shoe also wasn't laced at all. When we went to tell her we would take them she proceeded to grab the shoe and just take take them up front. No eye contact, no have a nice day ,no thanks, no nothing. She just ignored us and continued her conversation with the other young man she was working with."

"Yesterday I went in to try on some shoes. I asked for three pairs to try on but was a little confused when I was only given one shoe of each (left one) to try on. I completely understand that this is to prevent theft but what really got me was the staff hovering around me during my entire time there. The guy that was standing at the front continued to stare at me while I was trying on the singular left shoe. Left me uncomfortable not wanting to make a purchase. I attempted to anyway just because of convenience. When I went to pay I had trouble with my card reading only to be told by the guy at the front that their card reader is messed up. Ended up leaving from the culmination of issues. Today I still wanted the shoes so I called them to ask if I could use my card number in-store since their reader wasn't working. The guy rudely told me no and that I can purchase them online. The shoes aren't online! Frustrating all together, will not be back."
