"They really stink since they sold out. I ordered onion rings and they gave me french fries and refused to swap them out and drive-through. I had to call the manager and make a second trip back there just to get what I originally ordered and by then all of my food was cold."

"I don't ever leave reviews but I feel like this is something that needs to be shared, last week my brother and I went in(we go in quite often) the employees always greet us with nothing but kindness especially Sonia. Since day 1 she has been nothing but sweet, she's part of the reason why we always go back not to mention the food is always good. If I could leave more stars I'd give you guys 100 more! "I don't leave many reviews but feel compelled to do so tonight. I visit 2-3 times a week. Never once has my order been wrong or subpar. Never encountered any employees having a bad day. Always courteous and working together as a team with the same goal. Even the new hires are obviously fully trained before being assigned tasks. Always clean and being a lifetime manager I couldn't be more impressed by everyone I've encountered. Management and all employees should be proud and acknowledged for your work ethic. People are watching. Thank you for all you do."

"Let me start by saying this Whataburger is not particularly bad. It just suffers from what most Whataburger locations I've been to do. Their drive thru takes obscene amounts of time to get through, even if there isn't a line. Carry out is somewhat better. Though their does seem to be quite a bit of bickering on the overnight shift. The food is decent, but half the time things are missing from the orders. Such as bacon or the proper condiments like mayo or ketchup. All that said, it's still not a bad place to eat. If you don't mind the wait, then for the price it's a good place to grab a bite."
