"This place is as bad as any other Quest location. They don’t allow walk ins yet their system allows patients to put themselves on the list. Just so a bit later an employee comes out and very rudely yells that they take no walk ins, this poor older lady literally wanted to throw in any question in to get some info and the person just shut the door in her face cutting her off in raised voice. In the waiting room full of people, it is pretty much humiliating to be treated that way for something that isn’t the patient’s fault since the prompt ALLOWS this option. Same situation happened to me in 6 corners Milwaukee location except no one came out, they just let me sit there for 40 min only for me to finally be able to ask and be treated in the similar way. Quest sucks, me and my family ask for the lab work to be sent over to LabCorp whenever available from the doc’s office."

"it is currently 2:02pm, and i was a walk in at 12:45. no other patients are currently in the waiting room. knocked on the door, no answer. have been waiting for a drug screen, and now nobody is answering when im knocking on the door. i have a drug test that needs to be completed by tomorrow, and the staff is completely ignoring that i am in the waiting room. the last patient they called ahead of me, was at approximately 1:40 extremely unacceptable to have a patient waiting in the waiting room, with a full bladder, waiting for an a drug screen. do not recommend at all. EDIT: somebody finally came out and said they are no taking walk ins. then why didn’t somebody come out and say that at 12:45pm, complete waste of an entire afternoon."
