"Went to see Dr Chip yesterday as a new client. She got down on the floor with my rescue Bailey and petted and loved on her her throughout our visit, giving her a very thorough exam. When she gave Bailey her vaccine, she did it so Bailey didn't even notice. She spent the time fully listening about Baileys complicated past, showing great empathy and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Chip, so glad I found her to take care of my precious baby!"

"I have been taking my pets to Dr. Chipperfield and Dr. Lee since before they opened this clinic. They and their team provide excellent care for my fur babies. No matter what stage of life they're in or what health issues arise, they give me the options, even if it's an over-the-counter solution, to give the best care for my babies and be respectful of finances. Unlike some clinics I've been to, I have never felt pressured to do or get something that was overly expense or unnecessary. Even when my ~16 year old kitty was going down hill from a sudden onset of kidney failure, they didn't discourage me from trying to administer at home therapy. I still thought I could get her stabilized and have a little more time with her. Sadly, that didn't happen, but they were right there for me when I made the call to bring her in to go to sleep. Dr. Chip has cried along with me when I've had to put two of my babies to sleep. I will forever trust them to care for my animals for as long as they are practicing. Thank you for everything!!"

"Dr. Chip is an excellent vet. I’ve never had a vet actually get down on the floor and love on my pet. She takes the anxiety out of my animals and they feel relaxed when going to a visit. My dogs don’t “shake” when we walk through the door…they are relaxed and happy to be there. The staff is very friendly, fast and efficient. I simply love going there and so do my animals!"

"Let me start off by saying saying my dogs are my life. I put their needs over my own. When my vet told me she was moving out of state I was panic stricken. She recommended Dr. Chipperfield. I was very nervous at first because I won't just anyone to take care of my girls. Within seconds of meeting Dr. Chip all my worries went away. I can't say enough good things about her. She is so loving and caring. I can tell that she truly cares about all her patients. I don't live close to the office but I don't care. I will drive hours because Dr. Chip is the best. I recommend her to everyone I know with pets. Another thing I love about her office is the staff. They are all very sweet, friendly, and outgoing. The prices are extremely fair. My dogs LOVE her. As soon as we start to pull into the parking lot they go wild. I barely open the door and they are racing out so they can get inside. Just recently I had to call after hours because I had an emergency situation. I called the number that was given on their out going message. I called and left a message. Within a matter of minutes Dr. Chip called me back. I am so grateful for her EXCELLENT care."
