"Beds were comfortable and seemed clean but you could tell the floors had not been swept as there were food crumbs around. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was not much."

"In the past there were differences in the lodging you'd choose. Comfort Inn is your standard Patel. Fairly worn. Obvious patches. The same cheap furnishings, including the standard desk lamp with the broken USB port in the base and noisy bed. In this case I couldn't quite tell if it was the fake headboard or the mattress base. Finally, this appears to be a stick-built structure. The cheapest way to build a max 3 story building. I base this on the amount of noise generated by the person placed above my room just walking across the floor all night. On the positive side, the main desk clerk was friendly when he was there. It also has a small pool to relax in."

"My room smelled so bad of black mold I could hardly stay in the room, I am in the process of washing everything I brought in there because it all smells like the mold and is making me sick. You don't need to worry about missing your check out time either!!!! They were courteous enough to call my room at 10:25am to remind me check out was at 11am! I didn't need or want that last 20 min of uninterrupted sleep after checking in at 2:30 am ! I guess diamond member status for the last 4 years don't get you any extra services like the app states. Next time I will sleep in my truck!"

"We had an amazing stay at this Comfort Inn in Rockford. They provide exceptional service and they are right next door to Rockford Casino. They have full breakfast; we loved having the waffles and Danish. Very relaxing beds and Clean Bathrooms for sure and cant forget to comment on the nice heated indoor pool. There are also many restaurants within the walking distance. We highly recommend staying here if you are stopping overnight or for the weekend in Rockford with your friends/family."
