"I can't say enough about the team at Mason Road Veterinary Clinic. We came to them a few years back with an emergency. They took us back immediately, and gave us fair pricing on the services we needed. We have been clients ever since. Most recently our Sweet Old Man, Charlie, passed away. Mason Road Vet was there to help us in any way they could. The amount of empathy and care they gave our family in our time of grief has been most comforting. Hands down I would recommend this office to anyone in the Katy and surrounding areas."

"I argued with the vet about little to press her buttons and ease the tension for the visit for my grandmother's doggo, she is feisty... The vet and Maxine the grumpy K9 companion. The vet did not need a muzzle tho, can't say the same for Maxine. Even with my persistent arrogant attitude, acting as if I'm the professional in the room, and raised nose to the staff; they were all absolutely professional, kind, well educated and friendly, showing compassion and understanding while ignoring my lack of tact. My grandmother had used this establishment nearly 20 years. I fully understand why! Good thing I was just trying to flirt with the staff in a funny way, if animals love y'all that much I do too!"

"After a 13 year run full of love both given and received our beloved family member and for life four legged companion Debo was ready to no longer live in discomfort from normal large dog health and physical complications and was ready to join the rest of the world's Great Four Legged Family Protectors/Guardians. Since he did such a great and honorable job at being a protector of the children and family, a shoulder to cry on when times were rough, as a listener, and so much more but most of all completely lived up to being referred to as "Man's Best Friend ", the family and I decided we needed to find a Veterinarian Clinic that would help him leave this world and safely move on to the next in the same loved, secure, cared for, and respected feelings he made sure we felt every night we slept sound knowing he was watching over us as we slept. So after calling multiple different vet clinics to decide which we felt could complete such a large demanding task we finally found this one and picked it. Needless to say we weren't disappointed or couldn't possibly have found a better place to do so. The staff was so amazing and comforting to my wife and I during the entire procedure also at helping Debo have the best painless loved heartfelt send off he deserved!! After the procedure they returned his remains back to us not only in a very timely manner but in a beautiful wooden ashes display box to put on our fire mantel in his memory. The vet was amazing and so were her assistants. I recommend the place to anybody with a loved one of another species!!!"
