Walmart Supercenter

"Walmart is a pitiful choice for food. I very rarely have a good experience getting meat or produce there and it's a last resort. I just searched through over 20 packages of Italian sausage and not a single one had an expiration date. I asked a lady doing curbside orders if she saw what I wasn't finding because sometimes expiration dates hide from you. She looked and in a very disinterested way shrugs and said, "no expiration, it's ok". I ask her to find someone and she gets someone in the meat department and he looks and says, "oh we put the date on there ourselves for the Walmart brand and the morning person must have forgotten but it's safe, I promise". Nah. Not taking his word that it's safe."

"I am handicapped and my only complaint is about the electric carts. They consistently have issues. Tonight I had one that jerked and abruptly stopped. It would run when I turned it off and then turned it back on. I had to do that from the cat food isle all the way to the checkout. Needless to say, I was in the store for quite a while. The associates are helpful and kind. I would not have a single complaint if the carts didn't have issues."

"I was looking for silver, gold,copper markers with an ultra fine tip, but they didn't have any. Just fine tip. The rest of my shopping list was successful. The store is very well kept. Associates are helpful and friendly."

"This Wal-Mart store manager and its automotive center should be ashamed at their behavior and conduct, but in my particular experience I highly doubt they could fathom the depth of their wrong doing. I purchased a battery in February 2023 at a different location on fry as I was having battery trouble and this was the closest Wal-Mart. The battery I bought had a "warranty" of 3 years or whatever the verbiage is, nonetheless I come to my preferred walmart the one in question the gentleman in the photo manages. I come in on Sat Jan 6th to have battery swapped and the the employees hook it up to test the battery. Noone says how long they just tell me to wait, after a hour or so of me asking questions and still never being told anything,I leave because I have to go to work. I call corporate and am given a reference number and told someone from the store will call me. Well I need my battery replaced so I call sun, Monday all day nobody answers. Finally today I go in and see the manager he is very condescending and rude and in my experience makes excuses rather than accept accountability. It gets worse but I won't go into all the details as this is a long review already. In closing I'll NEVER go to this location again and I'll never buy a battery from Wal-Mart especially after learning that Costco Wholesale offers a 36 month warranty and they don't have to test or charge your battery to give you a full refund even after 90 days. Good riddance and I hope you all can learn from this miscommunication that blew out of control. Simply terrible customer service."

"Walmart itself is great, one of my best. It's at Morton Ranch and Hwy 99. But their Pharmacy is horrible!!! After my surgery I came to pick my painkillers up and they told me that somebody had already picked 'em up!!! Can you imagine? They do not ID people and give away controlled substances and antibiotics!!!! Eventually I got my medicine, in 5 hours!!! "Great job"!!! You are the best in torturing people!!!!"
