"They opened late and closed early; even though their schedule is 9 am to 8 pm, they open at 9:17, which is not a good review. Please improve your drive-thru service is so slow"

"Horrible customer service. They rarely answer the phone and when they do it sounds like an inconvenience for them. The past 5 prescriptions I have had filled here i got the notification that the script was ready, then i went there only for them to tell me to come back because it's not ready yet and that they made a mistake. This is the only CVS close to my house and i have to use CVS for my work plan but i will literally drive miles out of my way to avoid this place."

"My experince was bad at this place. The work is extremely slow, the customer service is worthless, the medicine is never delivered on time, the lead has no patience and, when I came to get my medicine on time they tell me it's not ready yet. I wait again and come back on time to get the medicine again. But they tell me to come back again over and over again. And when I finally do get the medicine I only find only one of the two items I asked for! There are so many more things I would love to say about this place but it is frustrating enough to have to deal with the lead having no patience with me. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone."

"Had a bad experience here. I keep these bad reviews to a minimum but it is what it is. Went to have my daughter's passport photo taken and she's an infant. After calling prior and being told that they can the lady said she did not want to take the photos of the baby because they do not stay still. That she was not going to do it. After a wasted drive all the way to this CVS, of course my first thought let's try Walgreens. Called them and they said sure thing come on over. Went to Walgreens and photo was taken within minutes first try. No issues or hassles. CVS leaves much to be desired nowadays more than likely why their lots are always empty."

"This is absolute worse pharmacy I have ever experienced. It’s been some many times they are rude and don’t understand. I recently had to pick up a prescription from my doctor and they didn’t have the meds and I asked what CVS had it and they said not a single one in the area. Which doesn’t make sense. I would’ve drove even 30mins for whichever location had it. So then I decided to have it transferred to Amazon Pharmacy now it’s a week later and they said they would send the transfer to Amazon and haven’t and refuse to contact Amazon because the guy that didn’t work on the day his colleagues were to supposed to send my transfer doesn’t feel like he needs to call. Now I have to redo my entire transfer and Amazon has to start a new order all because they just didn’t send my prescription over."
