"Great customer service, owner is very friendly. HOWEVER, I went for a quick nail grind and they clipped her nails too short and when I got home she was bleeding everywhere. My dog already has some PTSD from me being bit by a dog, and she already hates going to the salon. So I'm concerned this event has caused more trauma for her. I can't risk going again, and I had to post this review to warn anyone that this could happen to your dog. Edit: they did reach out to me personally, and we resolved any concerns I had. Adding an extra star for the impeccable customer service."

"I absolutely love this place! I left my two pugs at Fido’s for boarding for around 20 days and I was extremely happy. The level of care for the dogs, the treats they made for them, is exactly how I treat my pugs at home. They were allowed to roam around and were never inactive or in their rooms. This is a picture I got from Andy while he and his daughter were playing with them. Will definitely be leaving my dogs here going forward!! They even got a free bath before I picked them up"
