"Just picked up my order (11/25/23 6pm) from a couple days ago and an item wasn't filled but they just had a shipment today and it was on the shelf. The supervisor and a lady cashier were very helpful and patient in helping me work with customer service to get the item for the online discount price. Instead of having to return and re-order. Customer service was also courteous and helpful. It's why I will always order and shop at Petco!"

"I didn’t like the way my baby’s face cut came out. I asked for a bear face cut and it didn’t look as expected. It was also a little overpriced I spent a total of $84 for a bath & cut. The price included a $5 tip that I gave because I felt it was the courteous thing to do."

"All the treats/bones are 80% for small-medium dogs I have 2- Boxers weighing between 85-100 lbs an I have to either order online, PetSmart or Pet Supplies Plus. For them to have treats that they won’t eat up in 10 minutes. For y’all to supposedly be a Top pet supply store your treats doesn’t measure up to their standards. I expected better. The customer service is outstanding, employees Great. But Upper Management needs to work on more better reasonable cost non-rawhide chews. These two is who the treats are for."
