"The only thing about this hotel is that when u're here for extended periods for ever reason get your house or apartment re-done they dont clean enought vacuum ing is only once a week or 9day you get breakfast andthe towels have to be taken to the service desk and when u are already taking care of a 5,6, or 7month old baby it all can become overwheming"

"Hello, My fiance and I stayed in one of this hotel's rooms and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all other than the garbages being changed and the bed being made with dirty sheets. The room was number 157.Light bulbs were missing from the lamps. There were hairs all over the bathroom counter from someone shaving and also pubic hair in the bathtub... And even worse than that, pubic hair in the sheets when we pulled them back to go to sleep. We had been in Chicago for a concert and hadn't gotten back to the room until nearly 3 in the morning after initially checking in, and only unloading our luggage. Upon returning to the hotel late we were unpleasantly surprised to find pubic hair in between the sheets when we were going to go to sleep. After driving 500 miles that day, and being tired from the long day, it was definitely not something we wanted to deal with. It was 3:30 in the morning at this point, so we just blew them on the floor and went to sleep on top of the bedding because we were too tired to deal with trying to to pack up all of our things and be moved to another room, if there was even a clean one available. The next fun part was being woken up by the fire alarm and having to go out and sit in our cold car after getting very little sleep. When we were able to go back into the room with little time to get ready before checkout and feeling rushed, we found more fun surprises in the daylight. The fridge had a mystery liquid on one of the shelves, there was stuff all over in the cupboards, including an open Chick-fil-A sauce cup and a bunch of crumbs and jelly packets. On top of the cupboards there was a pair of someone's dirty socks with some sort of crust on them and under the bed there was a dirty White Castle cup. Overall it was just gross, and we just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Paying 111 dollars for a room that was in this condition is absolutely wrong. After 2 months and 5 calls complaining to their customer service lines I still haven't refunded my money . I'd recommend staying away from this disgusting Hotel."
