"I do not recommend this place because you have to go in person to cancel your membership and you get charged per child. I tried to cancel through email a few times but received no response from the company so went there reluctantly. I did not have mymembership number and figured that it could be looked up since that's the only location valid for membership. I asked the young lady if she could look it up for me. She said she couldn't because they don't keep that information on file. After searching for my membership number I told her that I needed to speak to a manager since I couldn't find it. She asked me my name and found my account immediately. I then said" oh I thought you said you couldn't look it up." She replied with, " oh no I got you here." She couldn't print me a receipt showing that I paid to cancel so she just took a screenshot with my phone. Save your time/money and skip this place."

"BEWARE!!!! They only allow you to cancel memberships in person. Even if you have moved there is no way to cancel over the phone or my email. The manager is not available when you call and the person on the phone "isn't allowed to giver her name." I do not feel that this is good practice. If I could give one star I would."

"It's a good place for the kids to get moving while you're get some work done rather than sitting home all day. The sky zone has been open, but not consistently. Usually the kids have a good time, but the girls with the whistles need to chill. They were extremely bossy yelling at the kids for every little thing even parents on the same trampoline with their babies. They were excessive blowing the whistles literally constantly on a power trip. Maybe we would've stayed longer if not for that. I've never encountered that before. Maybe they could've just opened the sky zone instead of micromanaging 5 yr olds on trampolines."

"We had a birthday party here over the weekend and everything was great. All of the staff was accommodating and kept checking in on us. My daughter and her friends didn’t want to leave. It was a very smooth stress-less event. I’d definitely book again!"

"This could be an awesome place for kids if the rules were followed/enforced, if supervisors did their jobs instead of hanging in groups or on phones without any regard for what is going on, and if anyone paid attention to cleanliness. Not only does it look dirty, it “feels” dirty. Read all the lowest ratings before spending your money here. In my opinion, the negative reviews are right on target. Sad!"
