Wanted to try a different size so I went to the department and brought the item back to customer service for an exchange so I didn't lose my online discount. Staff was helpful. Signage could be better at customer service, pickups, exchanges, returns and checkout area. It's a lot going on in one area."
"The top Mr. Manager is awesome, kind, professional. The store is not accommodating for elder or disabled....lacks signs for bathrooms, stairs, elevators, escalaters....NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO HELP CUSTOMERS....very large and clean. But no help =wasted time guessing... I shopped two floors and gave up.. saddly cause I LOVE JCP"
