"Love South Town Pro Desk, They got The Best Staff In The City and County"
"Always professional and helpful with decent prices. Look for the guys loadings trucks for customers, super friendly and helpful yet down on their luck unfortunately, help them help you! Thanks Home Depot"
"Found everything in a timely manner, customer service treated me great, no problem getting in and out."
"The worst. Tons of people "working" there but none able to help. Had a large item that needed to be scanned by hand as the only registers that are ever open are self checkout. When I looked over at the person working self checkout, her blank stare could not be bothered to help. I asked her if she could scan the item. "Scanners broken". Sooooo, as I go to the pro desk, we find the numbers can be entered manually. Don't go here. No fu¢£ing help."
"If you don't want to read this entire post…….Save yourself some time and go the Lowes just down the street if you need a hardware store in this area as the customer service and support at this Home Depot is pathetic……….. Honestly, if I could give "zero" stars I would do so. We do work nationally and have always used Home Depot for materials and have never had any issues with doing Pro Desk orders remotely. The store staff was extremely rude to the employee we had in the store trying to make a purchase and stated the they don't do over the phone orders. After calling at least 8 times with no answers, I finally had someone answer the phone. I asked for a store manager and was told that neither the store manager or assistant manager was in the store at the time, which I find had to believe. She (Michele) then proceeded to rudely scold me for calling and that she had already explained this to our employee who was in the store at the time. Also, to be lied to by saying Home Depot doesn't do phone orders when we have been doing them for 7 years is pathetic. And to make matters worse she argued with me about the policy. We literally had to go to a Lowes down the street to make the purchases. Ridiculous. Apparently, THIS particular Home Depot has employees that need more training, needs to hire more people so they can answer the phone, schedule managers to work the weekend and hire someone to work the Pro Desk on Sunday."
