"They leveled my house in 2018. It was OK for about 5 years when the house started cracking up again. First let me say that they no longer answer the phones consistently. They wait days to return a call. The lady I eventually talked to made it clear that my warranty was useless but did agree to send someone over to look at it. They called a plumber for me who did a test and found several sewer line leaks, which voided the warranty. The plumbers excavated and fixed the leaks for $16,000. After begging for a quote to re-level for months, Christopher finally blessed me with a quote for $13,350. Considering I paid $27,951.72 in 2018, and the excavation work was already done by the plumbers, I decided that I could not justify spending that much more, for a total of $57,300 on my foundation with no warranty, so now I live in a permanently cracked and crooked house."

They performed a major foundation repair and house lift for me with the owner on site for the lift. My yard was left in better shape than when they came due to their thorough attention after the repair. Their work is guaranteed and they returned a year later for me to check a sticking door by rechecking the whole house for level. They repaired the door, which only had a hinge problem.
